Custom views and filters
Tailor the risk register and measure register to show exactly what you need. Filter by any field and reorder columns. Saving named views and sharing them with your team is on the roadmap.
How to apply filters
Open the filter panel, set your criteria, and apply. You can combine multiple filters — all criteria are applied together (AND logic) to narrow down results.
1Open the filter panel
Click the Filter button in the toolbar above any data table.
2Select criteria
Choose a field (owner, category, status), an operator (equals, contains), and a value.
3Add more filters
Click Add Filter to combine multiple criteria. All filters are applied with AND logic — a row must match every active filter to appear in the results.
4Apply and save
Click Apply to filter the view. Save the filter as a named view for future use.
What you can customize
Filter by any field
Filter risks and measures by owner, category, status, date range, risk level, or any custom field you have defined.
Sort and group
Sort by multiple columns and group risks by category, owner, phase, or status to identify patterns quickly.
Reorder columns
Show or hide columns to create focused views. Drag and drop to reorder columns to match your workflow.
Export current view
Export exactly what you see on screen to Excel or CSV. Your filters, column visibility, and column order all apply to the exported file.
Saving and sharing views On the roadmap
Named, saveable views — and the ability to share them with teammates — are on our roadmap. Today, filters and column selections apply to your current session; reconfigure them when you come back to a register or dashboard.
Save custom views
Planned: save your filter and column configurations as named views so you can switch between them instantly.
Share with team
Planned: share saved views with teammates so everyone benefits from the same configurations.
